Defining the future of Agentic Commerce. Building autonomous systems that run modern businesses.
I build AI-native businesses that create real economic value. As founder of Cranberry Group, I operate across three verticals: agentic commerce infrastructure, a high-growth Asian cookware brand, and executive AI education. The single thesis: technology without commercial rigour is just theory. I focus on systems where AI does the work, not just supports it.
My career spans enterprise technology leadership at Avanade (Microsoft & Accenture), corporate strategy and architecture roles at Philips across Amsterdam, Eindhoven, and the Lighting division, academic research in wireless communications, and now founder-operator, building, shipping, and scaling from Singapore. I have led AI go-to-market across Asia Pacific and Latin America, translating emerging technology into commercial strategy at enterprise scale.
I hold an INSEAD Executive MBA, an MSc in Computer Science from Linköping University, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. I have five IEEE publications in wireless communications. My father, Prof. Siew Chee-Kheong, was one of the co-authors of the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) algorithm. That lineage grounds my belief in the transformative power of foundational AI research.
I also serve as Fractional Enterprise Architect at NCS Group, supporting data lakehouse strategy, Power BI intelligence, and enterprise solutioning engagements. I am passionate about bringing more women into STEM and technology leadership, and I speak regularly on this at conferences and panels across Asia.
Agentic Commerce is a shift from software that assists humans to systems that execute work autonomously. Instead of dashboards, workflows, and agencies, businesses will increasingly be operated by coordinated AI agents across functions such as marketing, pricing, inventory, and operations.
This transition is not incremental. Copilots improve productivity. Agents replace execution.
The result is a new operating model where companies are run with fewer people, tighter feedback loops, and significantly higher speed of decision-making.
The question is no longer whether AI will run commerce operations. It is who will build the systems that do.
Three distinct businesses. One operating thesis: AI-native, commercially disciplined, and built to compound.
An agentic commerce platform for ecommerce sellers worldwide. A nine-agent autonomous workforce handles listing optimisation, PPC strategy, inventory forecasting, competitor intelligence, compliance, social media content, and UGC across channels including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and beyond, orchestrated by our in-house AI infrastructure.
A premium Asian cookware brand built on Amazon FBA, scaling to multi-channel across TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Amazon UK. Captain Cranberry is the live proof of concept for Cranberry AI, demonstrating what autonomous agent-driven commerce looks like in practice. Anchored in authentic Asian kitchen culture: Korean stone pots, Japanese donabe, and beyond. Powered by Cranberry AI.
AI education for C-suite and senior executives, focused on operating in an agent-driven economy. Cranberry Learn translates real-world systems, not theory, into executive capability. Powered by Cranberry AI.
Available for invited talks, panel discussions, and advisory board roles at the intersection of AI, enterprise strategy, and women in leadership.
Open to board memberships, invited panels, strategic advisory, and partnership conversations, particularly with founders, investors, and operators building in AI-native commerce. I am also open to AI go-to-market advisory engagements across enterprise and growth markets. And selectively, to senior AI leadership roles where I can drive category creation at scale, particularly in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
